Product Overview
The new flat membrane microporous diffuser is an aerator with mature technology, reliable operation, energy saving and high efficiency, mainly used in municipal wastewater and industrial wastewater fields. The product produces small diameter bubbles, uniform bubble diffusion, strong corrosion resistance, high oxygen utilization rate, low energy consumption, high efficiency and long service life.

Features
1. The traditional rubber diaphragm of the aerator is replaced by a rubber diaphragm with extended compensation, and it is free to rebound, avoiding the phenomenon of tearing and falling off of the diaphragm due to stress concentration, and the reverse buckle-fold structure with better sealing performance is adopted between the diaphragm and the support plate, greatly extending the service life and effectively avoiding the phenomenon of falling off of the diaphragm.

2. The diaphragm adopts an inherent check valve design - thickened center without holes. When the air supply is turned off, the center of the diaphragm falls back on the holes of the pallets under the action of water pressure and the diaphragm's own elasticity, while the unperforated area just covers the air release holes, just like a check valve can prevent the liquid from backflowing into the aeration system.

3. The diaphragm is made of imported EPDM rubber, which is anti-aging, corrosion resistant, acid and alkali resistant and durable. The connection between the aerator and the pipeline adopts a unique connection method, which makes the pipeline connection more solid and has better sealing performance, and can effectively avoid the loosening of the connection parts due to the vibration generated during the aeration work.
