Product Overview
A constant pressure variable frequency water supply system is a water supply system that uses a variable frequency controller to achieve speed-controlled operation of a pump to maintain a constant water supply pressure. Traditional water supply systems usually use constant speed pumps, i.e., the speed of the pumps remains the same regardless of the flow demand. The constant pressure variable frequency water supply system dynamically adjusts the speed of the pump according to the actual water flow demand to maintain a constant water supply pressure.

The working principle of constant pressure variable frequency water supply system is as follows: the variable frequency controller monitors the pressure signal of the water supply network in real time and automatically adjusts the speed of the pump according to the set target pressure value. When the demand increases, the inverter controller will increase the speed of the pump to provide greater flow; when the demand decreases, it will reduce the speed of the pump to avoid oversupply and waste of energy. This dynamic adjustment of the pump speed keeps the pressure in the water supply network stable and avoids pressure fluctuations due to flow rate changes.
